Our Story
Contract Properties was founded in December 1993 by Lonnie Housley. His aspirations were to provide one place for Property Managers to go to for all their servicing needs. Contract Properties has grown into a family owned and operated business that serves the middle TN area. We have over 300 properties in our portfolio and over 60 employees. We have 30 fleet trucks, 14 snow trucks, 4 sweepers, 2 bucket trucks, and 1 dump truck to provide our clients with the most rapid and efficient services possible.
Contract Properties is locally and family owned business, and we have been serving the middle Tennessee area for over 20 years.
Our goal is to provide rapid, efficient, and professional service at a competitive price to property owners and property managers.
